These packs are being sold as unweighed*. There is the possibility of containing a holofoil card. All Legendary Collection Booster packs will contain a reverse holofoil.
 
*Unweighed packs are generally sold if the set is difficult to differentiate between light and heavy weights due to inconsistent print runs.
